“Imperfect Perfection”

 

This is the beginning of my healing—

a space where paint speaks what words cannot.

Each stroke holds truth,

each layer reveals a little more of what my heart has been carrying.

 

Healing isn’t always linear,

and it doesn’t always make sense.

But through these colors, textures, and raw edges,

I’m learning to see the beauty in the mess—

the perfection in imperfection.

 

This is not just art.

This is my heart remembering how to feel whole again

Then your light shall break forth like the morning,
Your healing shall spring forth speedily,
And your righteousness shall go before you;
The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
